Meat
Our meat is sourced from R & J Butchers “Yorkshires Finest” based in Ripon, in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside.
They are specialists in high quality and high welfare meat and rare breed cuts to the restaurant and catering sector, and are a family run business.
The emphasis is on quality and consistency, with a high level of customer satisfaction, serving some of Yorkshires finest for 40 years.

From Lamb Rumps right through to Chateubriand or dry aged steaks and award winning sausages.

Animal welfare is top priority with R&J, with animals grazing freely in open pastures, producing first class, high quality Yorkshire meats.
CHEESE & CHARCUTERIE
Some of our cheese is sourced from Yorkshire Fine Cheeses who have an unrivaled reputation for the quality of their Yorkshire Brie.
A very small artisan producer, Danny beavers away producing this awesome Brie from his small unit near Shelley, Huddersfield. This is one of many cheeses we source from the Yorkshire region.

Charcuterie, air dried meats and salami etc. All from a trusted Yorkshire supplier, Lishmans butchers of Ilkley, doesn’t get much Yorkshire than these guys. Gaining a local, regional and national reputation as one of the top butchers in the whole of the UK.

From home cured bacon, to hand made charcuterie, salami, air dried hams. If you have a sharing board on your menu, you can guarantee it will include some produce from these guys.
