As part of our new “how to” blogs, by request , we will be including occasional updates when we’re being slightly creative on the culinary front. For this one, it is fresh pasta. Quiet simple really.
Mix the flour, Olive oil, eggs, and whatever your flavouring the pasta with, in a mixer until you get a smooth paste, like pastry. Roll into a ball and chill.
Whilst the the pastry is chilling, make your filling, for this one we used mushrooms, pine nuts, garlic, herbs and rocket, season and blitz ( use a pulse when blitzing otherwise it’ll become a paste).
